Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Overview

Clickretina Private Limited ("Clickretina", "we", "our", or "us") is a purely digital service company. We do not manufacture, stock, or ship any physical goods. There is no physical shipping involved in any of our services.

This Policy describes how and when we deliver our digital services — specifically SEO retainer services and Android app development — to our clients.

2. Delivery Method

All deliverables are provided digitally through one or more of the following channels:

Email ([email protected]): Monthly reports, invoices, project updates, recommendations documents, and general correspondence.

Google Drive: Design files, documentation, monthly performance reports, content deliverables, and project assets are shared via Google Drive links.

GitHub: Source code for Android app development projects is maintained in a private GitHub repository and transferred to your GitHub account upon final payment.

Google Play Store: Completed Android applications are submitted and published to the Google Play Store under your developer account.

3. SEO Delivery Timeline

The following timelines apply to the delivery of SEO service deliverables:

Onboarding: After receipt of advance payment and a signed proposal, onboarding (including access setup for Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and any website CMS) will be initiated within 3 business days.

Initial SEO audit and keyword strategy: The first deliverable — a full technical and content audit along with an initial keyword strategy document — will be delivered within 10 business days of completed onboarding.

Monthly performance reports: Monthly reports covering keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, GSC impressions and clicks, work completed during the month, and the plan for the following month will be delivered within 5 business days after the end of each reporting month.

Ongoing deliverables: On-page changes, content recommendations, and link building activity are performed on a rolling basis throughout each month as part of the retainer engagement.

4. Android App Delivery Timeline

The following timelines apply to the delivery of Android app development project milestones:

Project kickoff: After receipt of the 50% advance payment and a signed project proposal, the project kickoff call will be scheduled within 3 business days.

Basic package (up to 5 screens): Target delivery of the completed application is 4–6 weeks from project kickoff, subject to timely client feedback and approvals at design and development milestones.

Standard package (up to 15 screens with API integration): Target delivery of the completed application is 8–12 weeks from project kickoff, subject to timely client feedback and approvals.

Custom package: Target delivery timelines for custom or complex applications are 12–16 weeks or more, as agreed in the project proposal based on scoping.

Test APKs at milestones: We share test APK builds with you at agreed milestone points during development so you can review progress on a real device before final delivery.

Final delivery: Upon final payment, the complete source code repository will be transferred to your GitHub account and the application will be submitted to the Google Play Store within 5 business days.

5. Communication

All project communication is conducted via email and scheduled calls. Our business hours are Monday – Saturday, 10:00 – 19:00 IST. We aim to respond to all client emails and messages within 1 business day during business hours.

We will schedule regular check-in calls at agreed intervals (typically monthly for SEO clients and fortnightly for active app development projects) to review progress and address any questions.

6. Delays

Delays on our side: If we anticipate a delay in delivering any agreed deliverable, we will notify you in advance with a revised estimated timeline and an explanation of the cause of the delay.

Client-side delays: Where delivery timelines are dependent on inputs, approvals, feedback, or access from your side, any delay in receiving these inputs will extend the project timeline by a corresponding period. We will not be liable for delays caused by client non-responsiveness.

7. Acceptance

Deemed acceptance: Deliverables are considered accepted and approved if we do not receive written feedback or objections from you within 5 business days of delivery. After this period, the deliverable is considered approved and no further revisions will be included without a change order.

Revisions within scope: Reasonable revisions to deliverables that fall within the originally agreed scope are included in the engagement fee. The number of revision rounds is specified in your project proposal.

Out-of-scope work: Revisions or additions that fall outside the originally agreed scope will be assessed and quoted separately before any additional work commences.
